You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back. In this case, you will be charged with your transport which is €3, which will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you.
The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for exercising the right of withdrawal, is exercised from the day after the day on which you or a person you may have indicated to us as responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier) obtained the physical possession of the purchased goods.
Withdrawal Procedure:
The return of the products is charged with shipping costs of €3.
In the event that you have been charged for shipping (€3) on your original order, the entire value of the shoes will be refunded.
In the event that you were not charged for shipping on your original order, you will be refunded the value of the shoes minus the €3 shipping fee from their return to us.
(not including cash on delivery costs you may have paid).
However, it is clarified that in order to complete the refund process, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents. All footwear must be tested on carpet to avoid wear and tear. The company DOES NOT receive products that are returned with dirt, wear, abrasions, creases and in general give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request that it be replaced with another size or another product.
You must return it to us by General Post.
Changes to a number are made, the cost is a total of €6 (€3 to return the product and €3 to send the new product).
Product changes are made only with the General Postal company.
